| Power supply is easy and quickly available from GETCO, Channi Substation located right across the park. If required the Corporate Park will assist the Lessee to obtain loads required more then what is normally provided. Generator space also provided by Park. |

Cafeteria :
The Park shall also provide a Cafeteria/Canteen and a common hall which shall serve the employees of the Lessee. |

Parking Space :
The master plan suggests that there shall be enough parking spaces for the employees of the Lessee as per standard norms. Extra parking space can also be availed from the park authorities. |

24 hour Water supply :
The Park will arrange for their own water source thru bore wells, underground water tank and overhead tanks. The distribution of the water line will be arranged by the Park underground pipeline. Every block had their individual bore well and a over head tank. |

Estate Manager :
An Estate manager & maintenance staff has been planned & worked out for general maintenance of the park. The estate manager shall follow up with different maintenance agencies & co-ordinate with the tenants. |

Eco Friendly Campus :
In line with the above-mentioned design concept of a Green facility various eco-friendly features like rainwater harvesting, Solar water heater, Solar Street lightings are in planning process. In continuation with the need for developing the flora and fauna the campus will have extensively developed landscaped areas. |
